Canteen openers in hand luggage
I am flight from Liverpool to Barcelona with easyjet motel/hand luggage only - no concord luggage. Practice the rules surrounding unsafe items in hand luggage include bottle openers?
I have a handy travel one that has a corkscrew and vino key that fold upward under the handle kind of similar a Swiss ground forces pocketknife but I presume this would be considered dangerous as it'southward abrupt. But what about a normal bottle opener?

I keep a bottle opener as the pull a fast one on on my cardinal ring, and only ever had a trouble when a Security chap at Skiathos airport wanted a closer inspection. When I explained information technology was for opening bottles of Mythos beer, he was more than than happy, and I was sent on my fashion with a smiling.
It'due south been through security many times at Manchester airdrome and even the special brood of unpleasant and rude Security folk they have there have been happy with it.

When I say normal bottle opener I mean the ones with a ring that y'all utilize to prize off the metallic caps. I don't call back they are especially sharp.
I would rather non take to get looking for a bottle opener to buy when I arrive in Barcelona.

I behave a "normal" canteen opener with me in my carry-on bag - to pry off bottlecaps. I practice not bring anything with a corkscrew pullout with me.
